If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may promptly return the product, in the original packaging, for a replacement, refund or store credit. An original BACKYARD BIRDS AND GARDENS packing sheet or online payment receipt must be included with the return. Prior authorization from a representative from BACKYARD BIRDS AND GARDENS is required for returns or exchanges, so call for instructions. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Orders sent UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Post should be received in 5-7 business days after shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).
Expedited shipment options are available at an extra charge. UPS 2nd Day and USPS Priority Mail usually arrive in 2-3 weekdays, but this can vary according to the shipping service and season.
We make every effort to promptly ship in-stock items within 48-72 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends and holidays.) Fast shipping is a priority.
In the case of Out of Stock Items, we will notify you via email.
For lightweight items under 3 pounds, such as the Mylar Holographic Foil Windsocks , USPS is generally more economical.

OUR CUSTOM "BIRD TRACK" GIFT WRAP IS AVAILABLE FOR A $2.OO CHARGE. SEE "GIFT WRAP" CATEGORY IN THE MENU OF PRODUCTS ON THE HOMEPAGE OF THE STORE to select gift wrapping for your product. It will show up as a separate purchase item in your SHOPPING BASKET, and an itemized charge at CHECKOUT. A GIFT CARD will also be included if you write a message in the box shown at the PAYMENT page of CHECKOUT and include the words "GIFT CARD MESSAGE."
We will include a short message from you on the shipping invoice. See message box in PAYMENT window during CHECKOUT process.
