Hummingbirds begin feeding in APRIL and MAY in many areas so begin setting up HUMMINGBIRD FEEDERS before then. Warmer states may see them in MARCH. Some lucky warm southern states sight them in February and through the winter. 1 part SUGAR (White sugar, Never use brown sugar or honey!)
4 parts hot WATER (No need to boil) Stir until dissolved. Cool before adding to feeder. Do not use red dye.
Store unused in fridge for up to two weeks.
