If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may promptly return the product, in the original packaging, for a replacement, refund or store credit. An original BACKYARD BIRDS AND GARDENS packing sheet or receipt must be included with the return. Prior authorization from a representative from BACKYARD BIRDS AND GARDENS is required for returns or exchanges, so call for instructions. See CONTACT US for email.
